The Durrun Affiliate Program allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to refer customers to Durrun using their assigned referral link.
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern your participation in the program and supplement Durrun’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By registering, using your affiliate link, or receiving payouts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Durrun pays a 40% lifetime commission on eligible payments made by each customer attributed to an Affiliate. For recurring subscriptions, the commission continues for as long as the referred customer maintains an eligible, paid subscription, subject to these Terms.
Commission is calculated on the amount Durrun actually receives for the eligible product or subscription, excluding taxes collected for authorities, refunded amounts, chargebacks, and payment reversals. If a transaction is discounted, commission is calculated on the discounted amount actually received.
Commissions are not earned on free accounts, failed or unpaid transactions, an Affiliate’s own purchases, duplicate or fraudulent accounts, or transactions generated through prohibited activity. Durrun reserves the right to correct tracking errors and reverse commissions that were not validly earned.
Referrals must be made through the Affiliate’s assigned unique referral link or another tracking method expressly approved in writing by Durrun. The system attributes a customer according to the referral tracking record available to Durrun.
Tracking may be affected by browser settings, cookie restrictions, device changes, ad blockers, or other third-party technical factors beyond our control; therefore, Durrun cannot guarantee that every individual click or signup will be tracked if technical restrictions prevent accurate attribution.
Where the tracking system supports a cookie-based attribution window, the intended window is 30 days from the initial referral click. If a customer has already been attributed to another Affiliate, Durrun’s recorded attribution will apply unless corrected for a documented tracking error or fraud.
All commissions are held for 30 days after the related sale. This hold allows necessary time for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, payment reversals, and fraud checks. After the 30-day hold expires, eligible commissions become payable and are included in the next payout processing cycle.
Payouts are made by Bank Transfer or PayPal, subject to availability in the Affiliate’s country and completion of any required identity or payment verification. Minimum withdrawal threshold is $100.00 USD.
Durrun may delay a payout while a transaction, account, identity, tax detail, or suspected policy violation is under review. Commissions linked to refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or policy violations may be withheld or reversed, including after they appear on the dashboard.
Affiliates must provide accurate registration, contact, tax, and payout information and promptly update it whenever changes occur. Durrun may approve, reject, pause, or terminate an application or account where reasonably necessary to protect the program, customers, or Durrun.
Affiliates are solely responsible for determining and meeting their own tax, disclosure, business registration, and other legal obligations in their jurisdiction. Durrun may request identity, tax, or payout verification before releasing commissions where permitted or required by law.
Affiliates must clearly disclose their material relationship with Durrun wherever required by applicable law, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), or platform rules (e.g., clear affiliate disclosure statements on promotional posts, blogs, and videos).
Promotional content must be truthful, accurate, not misleading, and consistent with Durrun’s current public information and pricing.
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages.
- Making false earnings, discount, performance, or capability claims.
- Impersonating Durrun, its executives, or staff.
- Using misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, fake leads, bots, malware, or fraudulent transactions.
- Placing promotional materials on illegal, deceptive, or rights-infringing websites.
- Bidding on Durrun trademarks or confusingly similar branded keywords in paid advertising (PPC) without prior written permission.
- Offering unauthorized discounts, cashback, bonuses, or incentives claiming authority on Durrun’s behalf.
While participating, Affiliates receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use approved Durrun affiliate links and brand materials solely to promote Durrun in accordance with these Terms.
Affiliates may not alter logos, register confusingly similar domain names or social media handles, or suggest that they own, operate, or represent Durrun as partners or corporate representatives.
When participation ends, or when Durrun requests it, Affiliates must immediately stop using Durrun brand materials and remove or disable promotional content that is no longer authorized.
Durrun may review referral activity, traffic quality, and request supporting verification details at any time. We may suspend tracking or payouts, reverse invalid commissions, or terminate participation for suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, misleading promotion, reputational harm, or breach of these Terms.
On termination, Affiliates must immediately stop representing themselves as Durrun Affiliates. Eligible, undisputed commissions earned before termination will be handled under the payout rules, subject to the 30-day hold, verification, reversals, and applicable law.
Affiliates are independent contractors and participants. Nothing in these Terms creates an employee, agent, partner, franchise, joint venture, or legal representative relationship with Durrun. Affiliates have no authority to enter into contracts, incur obligations, or make warranties on Durrun’s behalf.
Durrun may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or amend its terms prospectively. Where required by law, Durrun will provide notice of material changes.
Changes will not retroactively reduce commissions already validly earned, except for necessary adjustments related to refunds, chargebacks, fraud, errors, or other invalid transactions.
Information used for affiliate enrollment, referral attribution, fraud prevention, communications, and payouts is handled in accordance with Durrun’s Privacy Policy. Affiliates must handle any customer or lead personal information they collect lawfully, transparently, and securely.
By checking the Affiliate Program Terms acceptance box, submitting an application, or participating in the program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with Durrun’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
